This warranty applies to GRAYT Interactive Display Panels, GRAYT Smart LED Televisions, GRAYT Desktop Computers, and GRAYT All-in-One (AIO) Computers, supplied by Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd., including products supplied through authorised channels or direct order supply.
General Terms and Conditions

Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. ("GRAYT") warrants that its products ("Product(s)") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. GRAYT, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the Product or defective parts with a similar or equivalent Product. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or reconditioned with equivalent performance.

For the purpose of these Warranty Terms, a Product is defined as one that:
- Is manufactured by or on behalf of Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd.;
- Bears the registered GRAYT brand name or logo;
- Is supplied through an Authorised GRAYT Distributor / Reseller or supplied directly by Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. against a valid purchase order;
- Is supported by a valid Proof of Purchase.

Warranty coverage is applicable only within India. Cross-regional or cross-country warranty is strictly not applicable.

Third-party bundled software, peripherals, or accessories not manufactured by GRAYT are not covered, unless explicitly specified in the commercial document.

Warranty policies may vary depending on Product category, model, configuration, size, or usage environment.

This warranty is applicable only to the first end customer and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, GRAYT will repair or replace defective parts at no additional charge, subject to these terms.

Faults caused by incorrect software installation, unauthorised firmware, third-party applications, malware, or abnormal system configuration are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty becomes void if the Product is deemed Out-of-Warranty.

GRAYT reserves the right to revise warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Warranty Period
Warranty starts from the invoice date mentioned in the Proof of Purchase issued by an authorised reseller or by Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. in case of direct order supply.
1. GRAYT Interactive Display Panels
- Interactive Display Panel: Up to 3 / 5 Years On-Site Warranty (as specified in invoice / tender / purchase order)
- Internal electronics & mainboard: Covered within system warranty
- Accessories (remote, stylus, cables): Not covered under warranty
2. GRAYT Smart LED Televisions
- Smart LED Television Panel: Up to 1 / 2 / 3 Years Warranty (as specified in invoice / tender)
- Display panel, mainboard, power board: Covered within system warranty
- Remote control & accessories: Not covered under warranty
Wall mounts, external speakers, HDMI cables, and third-party apps are not covered unless explicitly mentioned.
3. GRAYT Desktop Computers
- System Unit (CPU Cabinet): Up to 3 Years On-Site Warranty
- Motherboard, Processor, RAM, Storage, SMPS: Covered within system warranty
- Keyboard & Mouse: 1 Year
- Pre-installed Operating System (if supplied): Software-level support only
4. GRAYT All-in-One (AIO) Computers
- AIO System (including display): Up to 3 Years On-Site Warranty
- Internal components: Covered within system warranty
- Keyboard & Mouse: 1 Year
Exact warranty duration and coverage shall be clearly mentioned in the commercial invoice, GeM listing, tender document, or direct purchase order.
Proof of Purchase

Proof of Purchase includes original:
- Tax Invoice / Sales Invoice
- Delivery Challan
- Purchase Order (for direct order supply)
- Warranty Card (if issued)

Proof must clearly show:
- Authorised seller name or Grayeye IT Systems Pvt. Ltd. (for direct supply)
- Purchase / invoice date
- GRAYT Product name, model, and serial number
- No alterations or missing details
Warranty Procedure

To initiate warranty service, the customer must contact an Authorised GRAYT Service Centre or raise a service request through www.grayt.in

Valid Proof of Purchase is mandatory. Warranty card alone is not sufficient.

GRAYT reserves the right to reject warranty claims if Proof of Purchase is invalid or unavailable.

On-site service, where applicable, will be provided during standard business hours.

If depot service is required, the Product must be properly packed using original or equivalent protective packaging. Transit damage due to improper packing is not covered.
Out of Warranty
A Product shall be treated as Out-of-Warranty under the following conditions:
1. Warranty Period Expired
- Based on Proof of Purchase date or manufacturing date.
2. Warranty Does Not Cover
- Counterfeit or non-GRAYT products
- Products sold or supplied outside authorised GRAYT channels or without valid purchase order
- Missing, altered, or damaged serial numbers
- Normal wear and tear
- Power surge, voltage fluctuation, or lightning damage
- Liquid ingress, dust accumulation, corrosion
- Damage due to fire, flood, earthquake, or force majeure
- Improper ventilation or overheating
- Dead pixels or minor brightness variation within industry-accepted tolerance (for displays/TVs)
- Damage caused by external devices or peripherals
3. Customer-Induced Damage
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Physical or accidental damage
- Repairs, upgrades, or modifications by unauthorised personnel
- Data loss, software corruption, or OS failure
- Consumables, batteries, CMOS cells, cables, adapters
